Ray Kurzweil: Someday, Humans Will Conquer Death and Live Indefinitely

PP Editor: The problem with these transhumanists, is that they have no faith in a better perfect world, which they consider a myth. And so they are doomed to seeking perfection in the flesh. Even IF they had the time — because time is running out — and were able to delete the genetic ageing RNA brakes on immortality and were able to reverse the ageing process fully, they would still not be able to undo the lost fallen sinful state of the spirit of Man. But of course they don’t believe that.

Would you really like to live in the flesh forever in this fallen world, where the leaves turn brown, and thistles and thorns grow, where mosquitoes and parasites roam, and most of all where loneliness, sadness, and depression cannot be eradicated by bombarding our DNA with some “happiness sequence?”

See, the problem of this plane is not merely physical, it is foremost spiritual. Poor old Rockefeller below thinks he can beat death with heart transplants for quite a while — and he has — but can he beat depression, and his egocentric lust for power and desire for god-like control? No, he can’t beat that, otherwise he would have gotten on TV telling the entire world that he had repented from his nefarious actions. Of course, if he had, the onther control freaks would have gotten him before he could do more damage to their grand pipedream of world control.

And that paints the picture even more painful. The top dogs don’t like each other very much and are in constant competition with each other, if not war. the real dog-eat-dog people are at the top, because they never had to learn to share, to prefer the other, to be humble, let alone to LOVE aech other.

They HATE each other! The entire spirit world of Hades (Greek: the unseen state) her on and in the planet is a fearful place of hate, war, competition, mutual spiritual violence and destruction ( see Howard Storm’s NDE here!) and they are all divided. Satan’s house is divided against itself, and that’s why in the long run it will fall and actually already has, since Jesus defeated him on the cross. We are merely mopping up the rest of the problems within these last decennia which stand between us and the Second Coming of Christ which will wipe away all vestiges of the Enemy on Earth, on the Last Day of the Lord! Are you ready? Rockefeller and Co. are definitely not. They could be, if they said uncle to God instead of to Lucifer. But most – if any – won’t. They are too far gone! Will you? I hope so!]DavidRockefellerWould you want to live forever if you could?

Inventor and futurist Ray Kurzweil thinks that eventually, technology will help us reach immortality, at least in some form. In an episode of PBS’s News Hour last week, Kurzweil said that death, which he describes as “a great robber of meaning, of relationships, of knowledge,” will soon be conquered, and that someday, our species will be able to defeat disease and degeneration, and live “indefinitely.”

Kurzweil has served as director of engineering at Google since 2012, and has written books on  artificial intelligence (AI), transhumanism, the technological singularity, health, and futurism.

He also has an uncanny knack for making amazing predictions about artificial intelligence and the human race with an estimated 86 percent accuracy rate.

Here are a few predictions he made in 1990 that became reality, from SingularityHUB:

…that a computer would defeat a world chess champion by 1998. Then in 1997, IBM’s Deep Blue defeated Garry Kasparov.

… that PCs would be capable of answering queries by accessing information wirelessly via the Internet by 2010. He was right, to say the least.

… that by the early 2000s, exoskeletal limbs would let the disabled walk. Companies like Ekso Bionics and others now have technology that does just this, and much more.

Kurzweil reportedly joined the Alcor Life Extension Foundation, a cryonics company. In the event of his declared death, Kurzweil plans to be perfused with cryoprotectants, vitrified in liquid nitrogen, and stored at an Alcor facility in the hope that future medical technology will be able to repair his tissues and revive him.
