WOW! I AM IMPRESSED!!!! This makes me think more highly about Anarchists – at least THESE ones. When you think of Anarchists, you think of the Zionist murderers of Czarist Russian authorities and nobles, or the Italian murderer of Empress Sissy of the Austrian Hungarian Empire. You don’t think about people doing volunteer work for the community without remuneration, for free!!! It is a miracle! And not just that… but they are AMERICANS! The most selfish nation on earth!!!!
Dear Portland Anarchists I take my hat off for you. You are more Christ-like than many Christians I know and many I don’t WANT to know. Ha! I myself a forgiven Child of God, am even convicted by your selfless actions. I don’t want to call it activism, because that sounds so militant. I can see why Jesus said, “I would rather you were HOT or COLD! But because you are lukewarm, I will spew you out of my mouth!” These anarchist guys are probably COLD as far as Jesus is concerned, yet Jesus prefers these kind of guys over some churchians of churchianity! Why?
Because He will say to them, “When my street was in tatters, you came to me and fixed it.”
And they will answer him, “Lord when did we fix your street?”
And he will say unto them, “As much as you have done it unto the least of these my brethren, you have done it unto me!”
Of course the above answering anarchist, must have needs been a Twice Born anarchist believer in Jesus, and I am sure there must be some children of God among them. Especially when I see these guys in action. At least I sure hope so. I wish them eternal life. Now i know that cultural Marxists, Buddhists, and even Anrchists, and Atheists also try to do good works to advertise their paradigms, their theories, their philosophies, their ISM-s, their religions, their belief system, etc. But I prefer these anarchists over most Islamites who behead Christians. Well if they did it for advertising reasons, they won’t be HOT and still be COLD, but at least not LUKEWARM. And Jesus commends those.
But their wonderful works will not save their souls. Just as my few wonderful works cannot save my soul either, as the gift of eternal lfie is a free gift that can never be deserved, or merited by any works or religious behaviour. It is and stays the gift of God. But of course most anarchists that I know – and I know some, as I once was one – were atheists. Like dear James Corbett of the Corbett Report. He comes across like a smart kid that got teased in school for his looks? And he has a little bit of vindictive spirit in his face, although he seems very friendly. But I am not sure if he is a believer. He is ALSO an anarchist. But surely, I would get along with James much better than with many so-called Christians. I pray for him that he will find faith and forgiveness. Lord jesus please help these good anarchists to find Eternal Life! Amen.

Over one half of every tax dollar we give to Uncle Sam is spent on ‘defense,’ yet anytime a free-thinker questions the need to be ruled by a giant, bloated, corrupt government, the argument is that we need government because we need roads.
From the ‘about’ section on their Facebook page:
“Because we believe in building community solutions to the issues we face, outside of the state.
Because society portrays anarchists as only breaking windows and blocking roads.
Because when faced with anarchism as a political theory, statists often ask “But who will fix the roads.”Because the city of Portland refuses to adequately repair roads in a timely manner.
We are Portland Anarchist Road Care. We believe in community oriented direct action. We believe the state cares more about funding a militarized police force to suppress free speech than caring for and repairing the roads.
The city of Portland has shown gross negligence in its inadequate preventative care through this winter’s storms, and through its slow repair of potholes as weather has improved. Daily, this negligence is an active danger to cyclists and causes damage to people’s automobiles, and an increased risk of collision and bodily injury.
Portland Anarchist Road Care aims to mobilize crews throughout our city, in our neighborhoods, to patch our streets, build community, and continue to find solutions to community problems outside of the state.” [Source]
Declaring itself as a political organization, the group considers this type of basic road repair by members of the local community to be a political action, highlighting the fact that we live in a time where the state has taken over many areas of shared society which have historically been managed by members of the community.
PARC takes the state of the roads of PDX into the hands of the people. State neglect has caused the streets to fall into disrepair. We will fix the streets. [Source]
The state inserts itself into every mundane and communal area of life, so it will be interesting see how the government handles citizens doing basic work such as this. Will Portland treat this group as many cities are treating groups who feed the homeless? Will the government outlaw fixing potholes by saying that it is not safe for people other than government to do such work? Will they call it vandalism? Will the people who are doing this be arrested for taking matters in to their own hands?
Anarchism is the idea that people can create and maintain societies without the presence of organized, bureaucratic government. What do you think, is this possible in our world today?Read more articles by Vic Bishop.
